Clinical Structures.

ATILEM® Clinical Structures.

  • Clinical Intensives

ATILEM® Clinical Intensives provide concentrated therapeutic work for individuals, couples, and families seeking deeper engagement than traditional weekly sessions allow. Intensives are designed for situations in which complex psychological or relational dynamics require sustained attention within a contained period of time. This format allows for extended clinical exploration, careful case formulation, and meaningful progress within a shorter time frame.

  • Clinical Transitions (Step-Up / Step-Down)

Clinical transitions represent periods in which individuals and families are moving between different levels of care or navigating shifts in the structure of treatment.

Step-down work supports individuals returning from inpatient, residential, or intensive treatment programs as they reintegrate insights and stabilization into everyday life.

Step-up consultation provides increased therapeutic structure during periods of heightened stress or instability when the existing level of care is no longer sufficient but residential treatment may not yet be necessary.

The goal of both processes is to maintain psychological continuity while supporting stability within complex relational environments.

  • Psychological Consultation & Assessment

Psychological consultation provides a structured process for clarifying clinical questions, developing a comprehensive case formulation, and identifying appropriate treatment pathways.

Consultations may involve diagnostic clarification, relational and environmental mapping, and recommendations regarding treatment structure or coordination of care.

  • Retreats

ATILEM® Retreats are immersive experiences designed to support psychological integration, nervous system regulation, and deeper relational insight.

These retreats provide structured opportunities for reflection and restoration outside the pressures of everyday life.

    Participation is private and application-based.
